Return & Refund Policy

At Krishna Abhushan Bhandar, we are committed to delivering authentic 999 Fine Silver products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of precious metals and the daily fluctuation in silver prices, all purchases are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

All silver coins and other precious metal products sold by Krishna Abhushan Bhandar are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, we will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • All 999 Fine Silver coins and bullion purchased due to fluctuations in precious metal prices.

  • Customised or engraved silver products.

  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.

  • Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

If, after verification, your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product with the correct or undamaged item (subject to availability), or

  • Process a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the claim has been verified.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
